Begin your morning with a live breakfast station: stone-baked Balti breads, farm eggs, local apricot preserves, and freshly pressed mountain berry juices. Come evening, Baltoro transforms into an intimate candlelit venue where the menu reads like a journey through the Silk Route: saffron-braised lamb from local highland flocks, trout from glacier-fed streams, and decadent desserts infused with Hunza apricots and Gilgit walnuts. The Latitude 35 Cafe is FortuNorth’s living room — a sun-drenched retreat where mountain light filters through large windows onto handcrafted Balti furniture.
